Qualification
: Post-Graduate in Cosmetic Technology.
Age
: 35 to 40 years
Experience
: In development of various dosage forms in Cosmetics and
Pharmaceutical. Exposure in FMCG industry, personal care products,
semi-solid dosage forms in Pharmaceuticals will be preferred. Should
be familiar with the documentation as per the international norms.
Knowledge of patenting the products will be considered as an additional
asset.

Reporting
to: Sr.Manager – R&D
Responsibilities:
Improvements in the existing formulations, reducing cost, developing
new formulations, establishing product stability as per the packaging
requirements in the market.
Will
interact with marketing and other related people to ensure that
new innovative products are launched.
CTC
: Salary at par with industries.
