Manufacturing Facilities at Nashik:

State of the art manufacturing facility is available to manufacture the Pharmaceutical products and Cosmetic Creams and Lotions.

Batches of 300 kg to 600 kg can be undertaken; the batches can be taken at three stations at a time.

We have a facility of jar, aluminium tube and lami tubes filling with automatic labeling and online packing of the products.

We also have a facility for pouch filling and pillow packing of tubes.

QUALITY CONTROL & QUALTY ASSURANCE

The Manufacturing is with a strong back up of Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department, which is equipped with the all modern analytical instruments like Gas Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography and Thin Layer Chromatography, UV Visible Spectrophotometer and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrophotometer (FT / IR).

The Analytical Laboratory is equipped with a full fledge Microbiology Laboratory. We also have a facility of testing and checking the packing inputs required for the manufacturing of the product and the facility is equipped with instruments like Melt Index Meter and Bursting Strength Testing Equipment for checking the strength of corrugated boxes.

The manufacturing is monitored for the inprocess control checks as a part of process.

The Manufacturing and Quality Control Department is supported by qualified and experienced technical staff approved by the Food & Drug Administration, Maharashtra.

At present, we manufacture the cream and lotion for reputed parties like Wipro, Ranbaxy, Wockhardt and Glaxo. We also manufacture our products for exports extensively against the requirements from our overseas clients from Yemen, Mauritius, Maldives, Malaysia, UAE, Oman, South Africa, Italy, Bangladesh, Nepal, Shrilanka.

We undertake the project work in microbiology specially for anti-dandruff and anti-fungal agents for Minimum Inhibition Count (MIC).

We have set up a separate EOU in the same premises by providing a separate identity and facility for Export Oriented Unit where we can manufacture creams, lotions, perfumes, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic exclusively for direct and merchant export. The capacity for manufacturing perfumes will be around 50 lakhs units in a year on one shift basis.

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES AT HIMACHAL PRADESH:

The manufacturing facility is at Plot No. 3, Survey No. 283-285 & 287, Manakpur, Post- Nalagarh, Dist – Solan, Himachal Pradesh. This is in a tax-free zone under Central Government Scheme. It is about 50 kms from Chandigarh on State Highway, about 20 kms from Kalka (Haryana) Railway Stateion.

Manufacturing facility complying to international GMP standards are under set up to manufacture Pharmaceutical products and Cosmetic Creams & Lotions.

Four manufacturing set ups with the capacity of 3600 kg per shift can be undertaken. There will be a facility of jar, aluminium tube and lami tubes filling with automatic labeling and online packing of the products. There will also be a facility for pouch filling and pillow packing of tubes.

The manufacturing facility will comply with the international standards with respect to the area specifications, documentation, water supply, ventilation and all other prescribed parameters.

The Quality Control and Quality Assurance Department with a strong support from qualified and experienced staff with excellent exposure to modern analytical techniques handling equipments like GLC, HPLC, TLC, FTIR, etc.

The analytical lab will be backed up by independent full fledged Microbiology Laboratory.

The manufacturing and Q.C. department will be supported by technically qualified people, approved by the Food and Drug Administration in the respective areas.
